Policy not getting applied even after serial number change

I need a solution

Hi All.

I have created an exception for a group (IPS policy), the serial number is same updated to new. In 20 machines the policy is working and in remaining 30 machines from the same group the policy not working. Serial number successfully changed to the latest, matches with SEPM serial number.

 

Restarted the machine. Still not working. Can anyone help me to fix this issue.
