I need a solution

Good afternoon all,

A few months ago one of our users opened an attachment which led to a minor infection. I’m pretty sure that wasn’t the only incident we’ve had. Why? Because of the type of users that we have. One person failed to report that his Symantec Endpoint Protection was throwing messages at him for days. Of course that is partially our fault for not educating them enough and/or monitoring enough, but I’d like to create a report on every single infection that has occurred including the ones that are cleaned up.

I just can’t seem to get the report I want. During our weekly checks we never see any infections, reports never show infections .. not even when selecting “the past 365 days”. Can anyone help me create the report I’m looking for? The home screen “Virus and Risk Activity Summary” also does not display any information at all, it's always 0.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Kind regards,
Dennis Lans
