Most of our servers don't have internet access for security reasons. Will v14 still function without internet access?

I'm trying to test connectivity to Insight servers and following their testing (below), but when I get to Number 3, I can't see an HTTP 400 Bad Request, instead, I'm getting ERR_BAD_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT. I have tried different browsers and I get the same error every time I try it. Any suggestions are appreciated.
To test connectivity with the Insight servers
1. Go to the following page: https://ent-shasta-mr-clean.symantec.com:443/incident-mrc/1
Went to page no problem
2. If the connection is working correctly, you will be re-directed to http://www.symantec.com
Redirect went as expected
3. Go to the following page: https://ent-shasta-rrs.symantec.com/mrclean
Got rejected – see screen shot
4. If the connection is working correctly, you will see HTTP 400 Bad Request.

When I tried was going through a report of the Infected Sites, I found "Not Applicable" in the action field.
I went through other action fields in the article : https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH102052.html ; but I could not find the meaning of the action Not Applicable.
I also went through one thread which had a similar question, but that was remain unanswered.

Yesterday we've upgraded our SEPM server from 12.1.6 to the newest version 14. Although the upgrade passed properly, now we are unable to login to SEPM console. We are constantly getting error "Unexpecteted Server Error". We've restarted SEPM service few times, restarted the whole server but without success. We've also made a repair of the SEPM, but again without success. It is strange, because a week ago we've upgraded another server with same performances from 12.1.6 MP6 to 14 and managed to login to the console without any problem.
Please help us to resolve this issue.

We are facing a random issue with the firewall and SEP service becoming corrupted for no visible reason (check attachement).
Is there a way to resolve that without requiring a full repair (add & remove program, etc.), like something that can be scripted and run remotely ?

i would like to ask your assistance regarding the following case.
I am enageged in a project where we connect USB biometric sensors for a customer who is using Symantec endpoint protection.
every time a user tryies to use the biometric sensor he got sensor is not connected and when we disabled antivirus, the sensor worked nice.
I asked them to add a exception for this device and they added the following GUID to their whitelist:
VID_1FAE&PID_0040.DeviceDesc
VID_1FAE&PID_0041.DeviceDesc
and the problem is still there
i checked the id of a connected sensor and i found it:
USB\VID_1FAE&PID_0040&REV_0000
USB\VID_1FAE&PID_0041
I am wondering if the missed USB might cause this problem. i am afraid to ask them to change the exception they added with the second one because it takes a lot of time to do this so i am asking if i have to add the ids i got from the device with USB and this will solve the problem. or there are any other things we have to add to allow a fingerprint sensor beside adding the hardware ids to a white list.

In some cases after deploying an upgrade of SEP in some machines i get this message in the "Deployment status" column: "Install failed, launch condition."
What does this mean? I can't find any articles about this.

I want to manage USB access through SEP Application and Device control policies applied on per user basis. Most ot our users work on HP Thin Clients connected to Citrix Terminal Servers. Unfortunately I experience a problem applying individual policies to multiple user. I found a description of the problem in the document attached to the following article: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH91070.html . I'm confused because provided desription "Although SEP client can be configured to support multiple users with individual policies, in a terminal server environment, this will manifest itself in a different way than would be imagined. If
a user is logged onto the console of the server, then all remote users will be given the same policy. If there is no console user, then all users will receive the policy of the first logged in user. Symantec are working to change this so that the feature works correctly on terminal servers, but this behaviour is expected at this moment in time. " has been related to SEP 11. I am wanting to change from a windows server 2003 with 12.1.4 to a windows server 2012 with 12.1.6. Is there a guide i could use for this? I have 2 licenses currently do i need to export them to import them into the new install? Any suggestions appericated. thanks

We have SEPM 12.1.6 MP5 running in our environment and SEPs are on 12.1.7 version. On one computer we have infected file and SEP is saying "All action failed: Auto-Protect". What can we do remedy this situation? I have attached the actual notification we are recieving. Can anyone kindly guide me?

We've recently upgraded to Symantec 14, and I've found Exceptions under Location-specific Policies which is enabled, but I can't edit this. Can someone please help me out? Thank you.
